We can rebuild it. We have the technology!
Ill be sending the motor off to Jamie Hanshaw to be rebuilt this off season. Aiming for 130hp at wheel on pump and 140 on U4.4.

Interesting. I bounced and bent a Type R valve about the same place as you on the track maybe 6 years ago.....

I dont think it dropped a valve. I inspected the intake and exhaust ports, and there was no sign of that. I think it spun a rod bearing.
